What is a Hoser?

The word Hoser is a Canadian term that was popularized by the legendary Bob and Doug McKenzie. A Hoser was the loser from a pond hockey match that had to "hose" down the ice so you could have clean ice for the next skate. Since you're asking, do yourself a favor and watch Bob and Doug's hysterical skits here on YouTube.

How does the subscription work?

Once you have registered with us you can begin selecting the product(s) you would like to subscribe to on the products page. From there you can choose how often you would like each individual product to be delivered to your door. You can manage your subscription settings here where you will be able to do things such as change your upcoming order, the type of products, the quantity of products and much much more. 

Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription ?

No. You won't be charged for canceling your subscription.

Do I have to wait to change the products I am subscribed to until I receive my order?

Nope! You can add or remove your products whenever you like. However please be aware that making a change to your order in the final days before the expected delivery date may cause problems. If this is the case please contact us right away so we may attempt to complete your order.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to get your order out and to the carrier you selected at checkout within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the US. However, please reach out to us and we can see what we can do!

Do you do sponsorship's?

Although we are not currently pursuing sponsorship's we always are open to hearing about them. Let us know here!
